Had an amazing experience by the two members of staff that served us all night. It was the gentleman with glasses and the small lady with black hair. Both were amazing and made me and family feel very valued even with two big party tables and it being a Saturday night.
Your chefs actually made my steak bleu which most restaurants don’t do and my son ended up eating half of it due to it tasting so good.
Then the icing was a small bit of cake with my pudding and the staff signing happy birthday. This was my first birthday at home for about 5 years so I will definitely remember this one thank you so much.

Decent enough breakfast choice available for the price £10.99pp and benefit of kids (15 and under) eat free with adult (one per adult paid). Usual cooked items and also cereals etc. OK bakery items. Coffee from machine was freshly ground beans to cup. Nice. Decor on ceiling could do with a freshen up as it looked like they’ve had some water ingress issues.

This will be the last time I eat here.
Haven't been for a while and thought we would give it a go , wish we hadn't.
Soup was cold , meant to be with croutons (still never found them), no bread either ,seriously since when did they stop bread.
I had turkey , well stuffing ball was size of a 1p piece and burned to a crisp, sausage was still onking, roast potatoes weren't roast at all, Yorkshire pudding was half cooked and since when is chopped onion part of trimmings, no Brussels sprouts,.
My wife had steak that was burnt to a crisp, brings a new meaning to well done, onion rings still chewie in middle.
To say we were disappointed is an understatement, it's clear that the food is all just reheated and nothing actually cooked in the kitchen.
Well you have had the last of my money that's for sure. 🤮🤮🤮

Edited review after a return visit 23/11/24
Service was brilliant, waitress was friendly and attentive. Only point we had to say anything was we received kids starters before our drinks.
Food was lovely and service was quick.
Can't complain and will be back

We were meeting after a long time and we stayed for a very very long time. The staff members were lovely and allowed us to stay as long as we wanted. They didn't complain when we were laughing at shared memories and perhaps a bit louder than we should have been. The food was delicious.

We usually visit this restaurant when we're travelling home from visiting Aberdeen, as we don't have one locally.
The main attraction is their 2 meals for £11.99. We always have the fish and chips, which comes with a choice of peas and homemade tartare sauce. The fish is fresh and the batter crispy. The menu doesn't specify the type of fish, but at this location, it's always haddock and not the inferior pollock. I can't speak for other locations.
We've had the smothered chicken previously, but the size of portion is variable. Not sure we'd visit if they didn't have the offer.

Very accommodating and even when I was late to the bar for food they made an exception and cooked me a meal which was greatly appreciated.

The staff made the evening - very polite yet happy to share a joke, making sure we were all happy with what we had ordered and ensuring we got a further drinks when we required them.And of course an excellent meal!

We go here quite regularly but last weekend we requested a seat in the restaurant to which we were refused and asked to sit in the bar even though the place didn’t look too busy, it’s been busier before and we got seated in the restaurant. To add to this my husband had ordered a mixed grill as he always does and one of his sausages had a hair on it but my husband just removed the sausage from his plate and ate the rest. When the waitress came to take our plates away my husband mentioned to her about the hair she just said sorry and couldn’t get away quick enough. And also the attitude from the guy behind the bar wasn’t very nice. At the end of the day nobody even bothered to come over and actually apologise about the hair in the sausage so we just left.

Amazing roast dinner. We go out for roasts alot round london, and here is very tasty. Upgrade for more meat. Price and service also very good

Popped in for lunch, been here a good few times but tried the katsu curry today & thought it deserved a review. Never had it before, but it was lovely. Waitress was good banter, everything was good as always! Menu also tells you the calories in everything, which I appreciate.

Food was ok
Altho poor portion sizes especially the chicken breadt burger & chips
Service ok not v attentive had to go find server to ask for desserts & the bill. Landed up going to the bar to pay
Walking through the carpark we were aware of some individual smoking an untoward smelling cigarette?? ( drugs)
